Bedtime can be a difficult time for many children and families.
We can help you develop a positive bedtime routine and positive sleep associations for your child. The issues that arise can vary from child to child. Some may use stalling as a strategy to prolong going to bed whereas other children may easily go to bed but will not stay alone, will get out several times during the night and eventually end up in bed with you or will wake up and be ready for the day at 3am.
